Guest Service Associate


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations smoothly.
  • Provide accurate information about hotel services and facilities.
  • Address guest concerns and ensure complete satisfaction.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and follow front office standards.

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar front-of-house role.
  • Should be presentable and well-groomed.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
