Roles & Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate activities of kitchen staff.
- Ensure high standards of food preparation and presentation.
- Manage section inventory and maintain portion control.
- Train junior staff and assist in menu planning.
- Ensure hygiene and safety standards are followed at all times.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as CDP in 5-Star Hotels or Fine Dining Restaurants.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
