Commi I (Arabic Cuisine)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparation of authentic Arabic cuisine.
  • Follow recipes, cooking, and presentation standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness in assigned kitchen section.
  • Support chefs during busy meal periods.
  • Follow hygiene and food safety standards.

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Arabic Cuisine (5-Star Hotels or Fine Dining).
  • Good command of English.
