Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparation of authentic Arabic cuisine.
- Follow recipes, cooking, and presentation standards.
- Maintain cleanliness in assigned kitchen section.
- Support chefs during busy meal periods.
- Follow hygiene and food safety standards.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Arabic Cuisine (5-Star Hotels or Fine Dining).
- Good command of English.
