Roles & Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook international cuisine dishes as per standard recipes.
- Ensure taste, texture, and presentation meet quality and brand standards.
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety throughout kitchen operations.
- Assist senior chefs in training junior staff and handling kitchen inventory.
- Ensure timely preparation and plating during service hours.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in International or Continental cuisine (5/4-star hotels or fine dining).
- Good communication skills in English.
