Commi I – International Cuisine (Kuwait)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook international cuisine dishes as per standard recipes.
  • Ensure taste, texture, and presentation meet quality and brand standards.
  • Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety throughout kitchen operations.
  • Assist senior chefs in training junior staff and handling kitchen inventory.
  • Ensure timely preparation and plating during service hours.

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in International or Continental cuisine (5/4-star hotels or fine dining).
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Female candidates can apply.
