Roles & Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist guests upon arrival and during their stay.
  • Manage front desk operations including check-in and check-out.
  • Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about hotel services.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for smooth operations.
  • Ensure a high standard of hospitality and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Must have experience in a 5-star or 4-star hotel.
  • Strong English communication is mandatory.
