Roles & Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock control procedures are followed.
- Coordinate with logistics and procurement teams for timely order fulfillment.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures.
- Train and monitor warehouse staff to achieve performance goals.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Warehouse Supervisor (India experience accepted).
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, inventory software preferred).
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Any degree qualification accepted.
