Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to company standards.
- Ensure high standards of food hygiene and follow safety regulations.
- Supervise and train Commis and kitchen helpers.
- Maintain inventory and assist in menu planning.
- Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations.
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as CDP / DCDP / Commi I.
- Must be able to converse in English.
