Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist CDP in food preparation and presentation.
- Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in assigned kitchen section.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
- Contribute to team goals and efficient kitchen operations.
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as DCDP / Commi I.
- Must be able to converse in English.
