Roles & Responsibilities:
- Supervise RCC and steel structure works at high-rise construction sites.
- Ensure structural works are executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor workforce performance and maintain work progress as per schedule.
- Coordinate with engineers and site foremen for material and manpower planning.
- Maintain safety and quality control on-site at all times.
Requirements:
- Qualification: ITI / Diploma (BE/B.Tech not accepted).
- Experience: Minimum 8 years in high-rise building construction.
- Strong technical knowledge of RCC and steel structure works.
