Roles & Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
- Manage reservation systems and maintain seating arrangements.
- Coordinate with service staff to ensure smooth guest flow.
- Handle guest inquiries and provide courteous assistance.
- Maintain a professional, well-groomed appearance at all times.
Requirements:
- Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year as a Hostess in hotels or fine dining restaurants.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
- Must be confident, polite, and presentable.
