Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Handle payroll processing, attendance, and leave management accurately.
- Maintain and update employee data in ERP systems.
- Support HR documentation, compliance, and administrative tasks.
- Coordinate with management for manpower planning and performance evaluations.
Requirements
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: 2+ years in payroll and sourcing (India experience acceptable).
- Technical Skills: ERP knowledge mandatory.
- Communication: Strong English communication skills required.
