Commis III – Pastry and Bakery

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist chefs in preparing and baking pastries, breads, and desserts.
  • Maintain cleanliness and order in the kitchen and workstations.
  • Follow recipes and instructions to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Support in inventory and stock management.
  • Adhere to hygiene and food safety standards.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management (preferred).
  • Experience: 1–2 years in bakery or pastry section preferred.
  • Basic English communication skills.
  • Smart, neat, and presentable.
  • Male & Female candidates can apply.
