Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist skilled workers such as fabricators, welders, and carpenters.
- Perform basic labor tasks including cleaning, carrying materials, and tool support.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and technicians.
- Maintain safety and cleanliness at worksite.
- Support workshop operations as required.
Requirements
- Experience: 6 months–1 year preferred in construction/workshop.
- Physical fitness and willingness to learn.
- Basic communication skills.
