- Cut, prepare, and portion meats according to restaurant standards.
- Maintain hygiene and safety while handling meat products.
- Inspect meat quality and ensure proper storage and rotation.
- Support kitchen teams with timely meat preparation for service.
- Follow recipes, portioning guidelines, and company procedures.
Requirements
- Experience: Must have butchery experience in casual or fine dining restaurants.
- Skills: Meat cutting, trimming, portioning, and preparation.
- Communication: Good English communication required.
- Additional: Working video is mandatory for selection.
