Roles & Responsibilities

  • Cut, prepare, and portion meats according to restaurant standards.
  • Maintain hygiene and safety while handling meat products.
  • Inspect meat quality and ensure proper storage and rotation.
  • Support kitchen teams with timely meat preparation for service.
  • Follow recipes, portioning guidelines, and company procedures.

Requirements

  • Experience: Must have butchery experience in casual or fine dining restaurants.
  • Skills: Meat cutting, trimming, portioning, and preparation.
  • Communication: Good English communication required.
  • Additional: Working video is mandatory for selection.
