Sous Chef – Continental

Location: Kuwait / Qatar
Salary: QAR 6610 / KD 550
Duty: 9 (8+1) Hrs / 6 Days

Requirements:

  • Hotel Management qualification preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of Casual / Fine Dining / Italian cuisine experience in India or GCC
  • 5 Star property experience is mandatory
  • Strong knowledge of Continental cuisine preparation
  • Good English communication skills

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Managing Continental kitchen operations efficiently
  • Supervising food preparation and presentation standards
  • Creating and maintaining high-quality menu standards
  • Training and guiding kitchen team members
  • Monitoring hygiene, food safety, and kitchen cleanliness
  • Coordinating with management for smooth kitchen operations
