Requirements:
- Hotel Management qualification preferred
- Minimum 2 years of Casual / Fine Dining / Italian cuisine experience in India or GCC
- 5 Star property experience is mandatory
- Good knowledge of Continental food preparation
- Good English communication skills
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assisting Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations
- Supervising food preparation and quality control
- Ensuring proper kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
- Supporting menu preparation and kitchen coordination
- Managing kitchen staff during shifts
- Maintaining consistency in food presentation and taste
