Salary: KD 320 (Basic: KD 220 + HA: KD 100)
Duty: 9 (8+1) Hrs / 6 Days
Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma in Hotel Management
- Minimum 2–5 years of QSR management experience
- Experience in brands such as KFC, Pizza Hut, Domino’s, etc. preferred
- Strong knowledge of P & L and EBITDA management
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Good English communication skills
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Managing overall restaurant operations and profitability
- Monitoring P & L performance and achieving EBITDA targets
- Supervising restaurant staff, shift operations, and customer service
- Ensuring operational standards, food quality, and hygiene compliance
- Managing inventory, sales targets, and cost control measures
- Training and motivating team members for operational excellence
- Handling customer complaints and ensuring guest satisfaction
- Preparing operational reports and coordinating with management
