Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Casual / Fine Dining restaurants
- Good English communication skills
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Taking customer orders and serving food & beverages
- Ensuring excellent guest service and dining experience
- Coordinating with kitchen and service teams efficiently
- Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of dining area
- Handling guest requests and resolving basic concerns professionally
- Ensuring smooth restaurant service operations
