Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing and cooking authentic Italian dishes (pasta, pizza, risotto, sauces).
  • Follow recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelines.
  • Support the Head Chef / CDP in daily kitchen operations.
  • Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety compliance.
  • Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and portioning.
  • Assist in inventory management and proper food storage.

Requirements & Befits :

  • Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Italian Cuisine.
  • Ability to converse in English.
  • Bonus: Calculated Monthly / Paid: KD 30
  • Accommodation & Transportation: Provided
