Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and cooking authentic Italian dishes (pasta, pizza, risotto, sauces).
- Follow recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelines.
- Support the Head Chef / CDP in daily kitchen operations.
- Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety compliance.
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and portioning.
- Assist in inventory management and proper food storage.
Requirements & Befits :
- Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Italian Cuisine.
- Ability to converse in English.
- Bonus: Calculated Monthly / Paid: KD 30
