Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day catering operations in the Oil & Gas site.
- Plan, organize, and monitor food production, service, and hygiene standards.
- Ensure meals are prepared and served as per client specifications and safety guidelines.
- Coordinate with chefs, kitchen staff, and service teams for smooth operations.
- Manage inventory of food supplies, equipment, and catering materials.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety.
- Train, guide, and evaluate catering staff performance.
- Prepare reports and communicate effectively with management and clients.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues promptly.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Hospitality / Catering Management.
- 5+ years’ catering or food service supervision (Gulf & Oil & Gas experience preferred).
- Good English / Hindi; Arabic an advantages
