Assistant Kitchen Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and maintain discipline and performance standards.
  • Monitor food quality, consistency, and presentation.
  • Manage inventory, control food cost, and minimize wastage.
  • Handle P&L responsibilities and support cost control measures.
  • Ensure hygiene, food safety, and company SOP compliance.

Requirements

Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in casual dining or reputed restaurant brands.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of P&L and cost control.
Communication: Good communication skills required.

Benefits

Salary: AED 5,500
(Basic: AED 3,300 + TA: AED 650 + HA: AED 1,250 + Other Allowance: AED 300)
Duty: 9 Hours (8+1 Break) / 6 Days per week
