Roles & Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Present menus, take accurate food & beverage orders, and serve promptly.
- Ensure tables are set up, clean, and well-maintained before and during service.
- Deliver food and beverages efficiently, ensuring proper presentation.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and handle requests or complaints politely.
- Clear and reset tables for the next guests.
- Follow hygiene, safety, and food handling standards at all times.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management (preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in casual or fine dining restaurants.
- Ability to converse in English.
- Accommodation & Transportation will be provided
