Roles & Responsibilities

- Ensure customer satisfaction and handle guest concerns promptly.
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and food quality standards as per company guidelines.
- Coordinate with the head office for reporting, audits, and operational updates.
- Train and guide team members to achieve operational targets.
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management.
- Minimum 3–5 years of QSR experience in India.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-handling skills.
- Must speak English well.
