Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the restaurant branch and ensure smooth functioning.
  • Monitor staff performance, allocate duties, and maintain service standards.
  • Manage inventory, stock levels, and ordering as required.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and handle guest concerns promptly.
  • Maintain hygiene, safety, and food quality standards as per company guidelines.
  • Coordinate with the head office for reporting, audits, and operational updates.
  • Train and guide team members to achieve operational targets.

Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of QSR experience in India.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team-handling skills.
  • Must speak English well.
