Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and beverages to customers.
- Take customer orders and provide table or counter service.
- Deliver food and beverages to the correct table promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, service counters, and dining area.
- Assist in clearing used dishes and resetting tables.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle guest requests professionally.
Requirements
Qualification: Minimum 10th / Diploma preferred.
Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in tea making and café service in India.
Communication: Good English communication skills required.
