Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain billing records and ensure correct pricing for all items.
- Provide excellent customer service and assist with inquiries.
- Balance cash drawers and prepare daily sales reports.
- Support store operations and maintain cleanliness at the counter area.
Requirements
- Qualification: Any Degree or Diploma.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in supermarket or retail (GCC experience preferred).
- Good English communication skills; Arabic knowledge will be an advantage.
- Basic computer and POS (Point of Sale) operation knowledge.
