CDP (Chef de Partie) – Continental

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate activities of kitchen staff.
  • Ensure high standards of food preparation and presentation.
  • Manage section inventory and maintain portion control.
  • Train junior staff and assist in menu planning.
  • Ensure hygiene and safety standards are followed at all times.

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as CDP in 5-Star Hotels or Fine Dining Restaurants.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
