Chef (Bakery & Pastry)

Location: Oman
Salary: OMR 350
Duty: 9 (8+1) Hrs / 6 Days

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management
  • Minimum 5 years of GCC experience in Bakery & Pastry section
  • Working video is mandatory
  • Good English communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of bakery and pastry production
  • Ability to maintain international quality and presentation standards

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Preparing bakery and pastry products as per company standards
  • Managing daily bakery and pastry kitchen operations
  • Creating high-quality breads, cakes, desserts, and pastries
  • Monitoring food quality, hygiene, and presentation standards
  • Supervising kitchen staff and production schedules
  • Maintaining inventory and bakery production planning
  • Ensuring cleanliness and food safety compliance in work area
