Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management
- Minimum 5 years of GCC experience in Bakery & Pastry section
- Working video is mandatory
- Good English communication skills
- Strong knowledge of bakery and pastry production
- Ability to maintain international quality and presentation standards
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Preparing bakery and pastry products as per company standards
- Managing daily bakery and pastry kitchen operations
- Creating high-quality breads, cakes, desserts, and pastries
- Monitoring food quality, hygiene, and presentation standards
- Supervising kitchen staff and production schedules
- Maintaining inventory and bakery production planning
- Ensuring cleanliness and food safety compliance in work area
