Chef de Partie (CDP)

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to company standards.
  • Ensure high standards of food hygiene and follow safety regulations.
  • Supervise and train Commis and kitchen helpers.
  • Maintain inventory and assist in menu planning.
  • Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations.

Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as CDP / DCDP / Commi I.
  • Must be able to converse in English.
