Chef de Partie (Pastry, Bakery & Chocolate)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and produce a wide range of high-quality pastries, bakery items, and chocolates.
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of Commis and kitchen assistants.
  • Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and quality across all pastry and bakery products.
  • Monitor inventory, storage, and requisition of bakery ingredients.
  • Ensure all hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards are maintained.
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef for new product development and menu updates.

Requirements:

  • Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years as a Chef de Partie in Pastry, Bakery, and Chocolate section.
  • Skills: Must be smart, presentable, and skilled in chocolate work.
  • Communication: Good command of English (verbal and written).
