Roles & Responsibilities:
- Prepare and produce a wide range of high-quality pastries, bakery items, and chocolates.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of Commis and kitchen assistants.
- Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and quality across all pastry and bakery products.
- Monitor inventory, storage, and requisition of bakery ingredients.
- Ensure all hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards are maintained.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef for new product development and menu updates.
Requirements:
- Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years as a Chef de Partie in Pastry, Bakery, and Chocolate section.
- Skills: Must be smart, presentable, and skilled in chocolate work.
- Communication: Good command of English (verbal and written).
