Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of charcoal grilling experience in India
- Working video is mandatory
- Moderate English communication skills
- Knowledge of chicken marination and charcoal grilling techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Preparing and grilling chicken using charcoal grilling methods
- Maintaining proper cooking temperature and food quality
- Preparing marinades and seasoning as per company standards
- Ensuring hygiene and cleanliness in grilling area
- Handling grilling equipment safely and efficiently
- Supporting kitchen operations during busy hours
