Commi I – Continental


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook Continental dishes independently or under supervision.
  • Ensure taste, texture, and presentation meet restaurant standards.
  • Train and guide Commis II/III in daily kitchen operations.
  • Follow recipes and maintain portion control consistently.
  • Assist in inventory management, stock rotation, and food storage.

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Continental section at a 5-star hotel or fine dining restaurant.
  • Strong culinary skills in Continental cuisine.
  • Good English communication skills.
