Roles & Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook Continental dishes independently or under supervision.
- Ensure taste, texture, and presentation meet restaurant standards.
- Train and guide Commis II/III in daily kitchen operations.
- Follow recipes and maintain portion control consistently.
- Assist in inventory management, stock rotation, and food storage.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Continental section at a 5-star hotel or fine dining restaurant.
- Strong culinary skills in Continental cuisine.
- Good English communication skills.
