- Assist in food preparation and cooking for continental cuisine.
- Maintain kitchen hygiene, food safety, and quality standards.
- Support chefs in daily kitchen operations and meal service.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients.
- Follow recipes and presentation standards as per restaurant requirements.
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management.
- Experience in continental cuisine within a casual or fine dining restaurant.
- Good English communication skills.
