Commi II – International Cuisine (Kuwait)

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Assist Commi I and CDP in preparing international cuisine dishes.
  • Follow recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelines.
  • Maintain cleanliness and order in assigned kitchen area.
  • Support in mise-en-place and stock rotation.
  • Comply with hygiene and food safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in International or Continental cuisine (5/4-star hotels or fine dining).
  • Able to communicate effectively in English.
  • Female candidates can apply.
