Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist Commi I and CDP in preparing international cuisine dishes.
- Follow recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in assigned kitchen area.
- Support in mise-en-place and stock rotation.
- Comply with hygiene and food safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in International or Continental cuisine (5/4-star hotels or fine dining).
- Able to communicate effectively in English.
- Female candidates can apply.
