Cook – Chicken Grill

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook chicken grill dishes according to restaurant standards.
  • Ensure proper seasoning, marination, and grilling techniques.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and grill station.
  • Monitor food quality and presentation before serving.
  • Assist kitchen staff in food preparation and kitchen operations.
  • Follow food safety and hygiene standards.

Requirements

Qualification: Hotel Management / Culinary Training preferred.
Experience: Minimum 1 year experience as a grill cook in India.
Communication: Good English communication skills required.
Additional Requirement: Working video is mandatory.
