Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook chicken grill dishes according to restaurant standards.
- Ensure proper seasoning, marination, and grilling techniques.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and grill station.
- Monitor food quality and presentation before serving.
- Assist kitchen staff in food preparation and kitchen operations.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
Requirements
Qualification: Hotel Management / Culinary Training preferred.
Experience: Minimum 1 year experience as a grill cook in India.
Communication: Good English communication skills required.
Additional Requirement: Working video is mandatory.
