DCDP (Demi Chef de Partie) – Continental

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Assist CDP in food preparation and presentation.
  • Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and portioning.
  • Manage assigned kitchen section efficiently.
  • Maintain cleanliness and follow hygiene standards.
  • Support kitchen operations during service hours.

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as DCDP in 5-Star Hotels or Fine Dining Restaurants.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
