Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist CDP in food preparation and presentation.
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and portioning.
- Manage assigned kitchen section efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and follow hygiene standards.
- Support kitchen operations during service hours.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as DCDP in 5-Star Hotels or Fine Dining Restaurants.
- Excellent English communication skills.
