Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist CDP in food preparation and presentation.
  • Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in assigned kitchen section.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Contribute to team goals and efficient kitchen operations.

Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as DCDP / Commi I.
  • Must be able to converse in English.
