Demi Chef de Partie (DCDP) – Burger Section

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist CDP in preparing and cooking burgers.
  • Ensure product consistency and quality
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation.
  • Follow food safety procedures.
  • Support in mis en place and service operations.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum 1 year of burger-making experience in Casual / Fine Dining / QSR.
Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management preferred.
Skills: Good English communication.
