Roles & Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests upon arrival and during their stay.
- Manage front desk operations including check-in and check-out.
- Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about hotel services.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for smooth operations.
- Ensure a high standard of hospitality and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Must have experience in a 5-star or 4-star hotel.
- Strong English communication is mandatory.
