Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management preferred
- Minimum 2 years of QSR experience
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to support restaurant operations efficiently
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Shift Manager in daily operations
- Supervising restaurant staff during shifts
- Ensuring smooth customer service operations
- Handling billing, reporting, and shift coordination
- Maintaining cleanliness and operational standards
- Supporting team training and performance monitoring
