Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management preferred
- Minimum 2 years of QSR experience
- Leadership and team handling skills
- Good English communication skills
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Managing overall restaurant shift operations
- Supervising staff performance and customer service
- Handling opening and closing procedures
- Monitoring food quality, hygiene, and safety standards
- Managing inventory and coordinating with kitchen staff
- Resolving customer complaints professionally
