Requirements:
- Any qualification / Hotel Management preferred
- Minimum 1 year of Casual / Fine Dining / QSR experience in India
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Good English communication skills
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Welcoming and greeting guests professionally
- Managing guest seating and table reservations
- Coordinating with service staff for smooth operations
- Assisting guests with inquiries and restaurant information
- Maintaining cleanliness and presentation at reception area
- Ensuring excellent guest experience at all times
