Requirements:
- Hotel Management qualification preferred
- Minimum 2 years of Casual / Fine Dining experience in India or GCC
- 5 Star property experience is mandatory
- Good team handling and communication skills
- Good English communication skills
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Floor Manager in daily restaurant operations
- Supervising floor staff and ensuring quality service
- Supporting guest handling and issue resolution
- Monitoring cleanliness and service standards
- Coordinating shift schedules and operational tasks
- Ensuring smooth dining experience for guests
