Duty: 9 (8+1) Hrs / 6 Days
Requirements:
- Hotel Management qualification preferred
- Minimum 2 years of Casual / Fine Dining experience in India or GCC
- 5 Star property experience is mandatory
- Ability to supervise restaurant operations efficiently
- Good English communication skills
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Supervising daily floor operations during shifts
- Assisting staff in delivering excellent customer service
- Monitoring table service and guest satisfaction
- Ensuring proper grooming and discipline of staff
- Coordinating with kitchen and service teams
- Maintaining restaurant hygiene and operational standards
