Requirements:
- Hotel Management qualification preferred
- Minimum 2 years of Casual / Fine Dining / Italian cuisine experience in India or GCC
- 5 Star property experience is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of Continental cuisine preparation
- Good English communication skills
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Managing Continental kitchen operations efficiently
- Supervising food preparation and presentation standards
- Creating and maintaining high-quality menu standards
- Training and guiding kitchen team members
- Monitoring hygiene, food safety, and kitchen cleanliness
- Coordinating with management for smooth kitchen operations
