Junior Sous Chef – Continental

Location: Kuwait / Qatar
Salary: QAR 4800 / KD 450
Duty: 9 (8+1) Hrs / 6 Days

Requirements:

  • Hotel Management qualification preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of Casual / Fine Dining / Italian cuisine experience in India or GCC
  • 5 Star property experience is mandatory
  • Good knowledge of Continental food preparation
  • Good English communication skills

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Assisting Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations
  • Supervising food preparation and quality control
  • Ensuring proper kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
  • Supporting menu preparation and kitchen coordination
  • Managing kitchen staff during shifts
  • Maintaining consistency in food presentation and taste
