Requirements:
- Hotel Management qualification preferred
- Minimum 2 years of Casual / Fine Dining / Italian cuisine experience in India or GCC
- 5 Star property experience is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of Continental kitchen operations
- Good English communication skills
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Preparing Continental dishes as per company standards
- Managing assigned kitchen section efficiently
- Ensuring food quality, taste, and presentation standards
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in work area
- Coordinating with kitchen team for smooth operations
- Monitoring stock and kitchen supplies for the section
