Requirements:
- Hotel Management qualification preferred
- Minimum 2 years of Casual / Fine Dining / Italian cuisine experience in India or GCC
- 5 Star property experience is mandatory
- Basic knowledge of Continental cuisine preparation
- Good English communication skills
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assisting CDP and Sous Chef in kitchen operations
- Preparing food ingredients and basic Continental dishes
- Maintaining hygiene and cleanliness standards
- Supporting food preparation during busy service hours
- Following kitchen safety and sanitation procedures
- Assisting in stock handling and kitchen coordination
