Requirements:
- Hotel Management qualification preferred
- Minimum 2 years of Casual / Fine Dining experience in India or GCC
- 5 Star property experience is mandatory
- Strong leadership and customer handling skills
- Good English communication skills
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Managing complete floor operations efficiently
- Supervising restaurant staff and guest service standards
- Ensuring smooth coordination between service and kitchen teams
- Handling guest complaints and maintaining customer satisfaction
- Monitoring hygiene, grooming, and operational standards
- Preparing shift reports and managing daily floor activities
