Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Handle payroll processing, attendance, and leave management accurately.
  • Maintain and update employee data in ERP systems.
  • Support HR documentation, compliance, and administrative tasks.
  • Coordinate with management for manpower planning and performance evaluations.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years in payroll and sourcing (India experience acceptable).
  • Technical Skills: ERP knowledge mandatory.
  • Communication: Strong English communication skills required.
