Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Casual / Fine Dining restaurants
- Good knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Good English communication skills
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Preparing food items as per company recipes and standards
- Assisting in daily kitchen operations and food preparation
- Maintaining food quality, hygiene, and presentation standards
- Ensuring cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen work area
- Coordinating with kitchen team during service hours
- Following food safety and operational procedures
